Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect, why, where it goes and what you can ask us to do about it. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Purpure Punch, reachable at info@purpurepunch.com.
2. What we collect, and why
Only in these situations, and nowhere else:

The IP fingerprint is not the address itself and cannot be turned back into it, but we count it as personal data anyway and treat it as such.
3. On what legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: one email to the address above.
4. How long we keep it
- Newsletter address: until you ask us to remove it.
- IP fingerprint: kept alongside the subscription record as proof of consent.
- Emails you send us: up to two years.
5. Where it is kept, and who else sees it
Subscriber addresses live in a file on our hosting server at Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which is not reachable from the web. The notification we get when someone subscribes goes to a mailbox on the same domain, on the same Italian servers. Aruba acts as a data processor on our behalf.
So your address does not leave Italy. One thing does still reach outside, and you should know about it: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Serving a font necessarily gives Google your IP address, and Google LLC is in the United States. That is the only transfer outside the EU this site involves, it concerns your IP and not your email, and it happens whether or not you ever subscribe. The cookie policy explains how to block it.
We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to anyone for advertising.
6. What you can ask for
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable form, restrict what we do with it, or object to the processing altogether (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also withdraw your consent at any point. Write to info@purpurepunch.com and we will answer within 30 days.
7. If you are not happy with our answer
You can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali: garanteprivacy.it. If you live elsewhere in the EU, your own national authority works too.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

L’impronta dell’IP non è l’indirizzo e non si può ricondurre a quello, ma la consideriamo comunque un dato personale e la trattiamo come tale.
3. Su quale base giuridica
Il tuo consenso, dato spuntando la casella accanto al modulo (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR). Puoi revocarlo quando vuoi, ed è facile revocarlo quanto è stato darlo: basta una email all’indirizzo qui sopra.
4. Per quanto tempo lo teniamo
- Indirizzo della newsletter: finché non ci chiedi di toglierlo.
- Impronta dell’IP: resta insieme all’iscrizione, come prova del consenso.
- Email che ci mandi: fino a due anni.
5. Dove sta, e chi altro lo vede
Gli indirizzi degli iscritti stanno in un file sul nostro server presso Aruba S.p.A. (Italia), non raggiungibile dal web. L’avviso che ci arriva quando qualcuno si iscrive va a una casella sullo stesso dominio, sugli stessi server italiani. Aruba agisce come responsabile del trattamento per conto nostro.
Il tuo indirizzo quindi non esce dall’Italia. Una cosa però arriva ancora fuori, ed è giusto che tu la sappia: il sito carica i caratteri tipografici da Google Fonts. Per servire un carattere Google riceve per forza il tuo indirizzo IP, e Google LLC sta negli Stati Uniti. È l’unico trasferimento fuori dall’Unione che questo sito comporta, riguarda il tuo IP e non la tua email, e avviene che tu ti iscriva o no. L’informativa cookie spiega come bloccarlo.
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati, non li scambiamo e non li passiamo a nessuno per farci pubblicità.
6. Cosa puoi chiedere
Puoi chiederci di mostrarti i tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, consegnarteli in un formato portabile, limitare quello che ne facciamo, oppure opporti del tutto al trattamento (artt. da 15 a 21 GDPR). E puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento. Scrivi a info@purpurepunch.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.
7. Se la nostra risposta non ti basta
Puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali: garanteprivacy.it. Se vivi in un altro paese dell’Unione va bene anche l’autorità del tuo.
8. Modifiche
Se questa informativa cambia, cambia con lei la data in cima.

La huella de la IP no es la dirección y no puede reconstruirse a partir de ella, pero aun así la consideramos dato personal y la tratamos como tal.
3. Con qué base jurídica
Tu consentimiento, dado al marcar la casilla junto al formulario (art. 6.1.a RGPD). Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras, y retirarlo es tan fácil como darlo: basta un correo a la dirección de arriba.
4. Cuánto tiempo lo guardamos
- Dirección de la newsletter: hasta que nos pidas que la quitemos.
- Huella de la IP: se queda junto a la suscripción, como prueba del consentimiento.
- Correos que nos envías: hasta dos años.
5. Dónde está, y quién más lo ve
Las direcciones de los suscriptores están en un archivo de nuestro servidor en Aruba S.p.A. (Italia), no accesible desde la web. El aviso que nos llega cuando alguien se suscribe va a un buzón del mismo dominio, en los mismos servidores italianos. Aruba actúa como encargado del tratamiento por cuenta nuestra.
Así que tu dirección no sale de Italia. Una cosa sí llega todavía al exterior, y es justo que lo sepas: la web carga sus tipografías desde Google Fonts. Para servir una fuente Google recibe necesariamente tu dirección IP, y Google LLC está en Estados Unidos. Es la única transferencia fuera de la Unión que implica esta web, afecta a tu IP y no a tu correo, y ocurre te suscribas o no. La política de cookies explica cómo bloquearla.
No vendemos tus datos, no los intercambiamos y no se los pasamos a nadie con fines publicitarios.
6. Qué puedes pedir
Puedes pedirnos ver tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, que te los entreguemos en un formato portable, limitar lo que hacemos con ellos u oponerte del todo al tratamiento (arts. 15 a 21 RGPD). Y puedes retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento. Escribe a info@purpurepunch.com: respondemos en un plazo de 30 días.
7. Si nuestra respuesta no te convence
Puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos: aepd.es. Si vives en otro país de la Unión, también vale la autoridad del tuyo.
8. Cambios
Si esta política cambia, cambia con ella la fecha de arriba.
